Gyuto forged by TogashiĀ blacksmith and sharpened by Kenya Togashi. Made from great Carbon Steel (core yasuki blue Aogami #1) type and soft stainless steel. Size of the blade is 240 mm, with Taihei Makassar Ebony & Buffalo Horn Ferrule Octagonal japanese style ocatgonal handle (black not white). Perfectly balanced with beautiful hamon line. Amazing knife.
