Gyuto forged by Kikuchiyo blacksmith and sharpened by Kyuzo. Made from great Yasuki Silver #3 (Ginsan) type and soft stainless steel. Size of the blade is 240 mm, with Ho Wood & Buffalo Horn Ferrule Octagonal japanese style ocatgonal handle. Perfectly balanced with beautiful hamon line. Amazing knife.
