Mirror Gyuto forged by Tanaka blacksmith and sharpened by Kyuzo. Made from great Yasuki Blue (Aogami) #1 type and Damascus Clad steel. Size of the blade is 270 mm, with Taihei Ebony & Buffalo Horn Ferrule japanese style ocatgonal handle. Perfectly balanced with beautiful finish (read details below). Amazing knife.
