Mirror Gyuto forged by Tanaka blacksmith and sharpened by Kyuzo. Made from great Yasuki Blue (Aogami) #1 type and Soft Iron Clad steel. Size of the blade is 240 mm, with Taihei Ebony & Buffalo Horn Ferrule japanese style ocatgonal handle. Perfectly balanced with beautiful hamon line and mirror finish. Amazing knife.
