Kamil and I (Jakub) have been involved in the world of Japanese cuisine for over a dozen years—me as a restaurateur and Kamil as a renowned sushi chef. In 2019, we decided to bring the world of Japanese knives to Central Europe. Due to COVID and life’s twists and turns, the project we started in Poland is now growing in London.
