Hello, I have already bought this product from you before which was of very good quality but this time a Makisu wire has already broken, am I unlucky or has the quality declined?
Hey, sorry to hear that. Thats's a first problem to us about Maksiu. We will try to resolve this of course. Please send us some pictures so we can take a look.
All Maksiu are hand made but we visited the production line and everything is tip top.
