Kiritsuke Gyuto with Mirror Polish forged by Tanaka blacksmith and sharpened by Mosuke. Made from great Yasuki Blue (Aogami) #1 steel type. Size of the blade is 240 mm, with Ebony & Buffalo Horn Ferrule Octagonal japanese style ocatgonal handle. Perfectly balanced with beautiful hamon line. Amazing knife.
