Togashi Blue #2 Kurouchi Kiritsuke Gyuto 240mm Burnt Yakusugi Handle

Gyuto forged by Togashi blacksmith and sharpened by Kenya Togashi. Made from great Carbon Steel (core yasuki blue Aogami #2) type and soft iron clad. Size of the blade is 240 mm, with burnt Yakisugi Octagonal japanese style handle.
