Andrea Dettori The knife is interesting, Ginsan Hitachi Silver III material, excellent steel, the only flaw that on one side the sharpening is not well taken care of and requires re-sharpening to restore geometry. Too bad because it would have been really splendid, for this rating of only 3 stars. Surely an oversight, overall good knife. The team responded immediately with excellent assistance.
